With 20 years practice and progression within Software as every role up to and including Director of Application Development, Ed can provide guidance, coaching and hands-on leadership at every stage of the agile software delivery lifecycle.
- As a Software Director, Ed has successfully led 300 people with various backgrounds, roles and technical capabilities through software delivery, reducing costs and increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the process. He also coached and guided Managers to get the best out of themselves, providing positive support and a safe space for them to be able to fail fast and develop even faster.
- As a People Manager, Ed has built collaborative teams that support each other, delivered exciting, cutting edge tech solutions, at high quality and speed; and coached individuals that prosper and develop their careers on paths that suit and engage them.
- As a Product Owner, Ed owns the backlog, working with customers, Product Management departments to shape the requirements and priorities, before negotiating the technicalities of user stories with the delivery teams.
- As a Delivery Manager, Ed takes on the responsibility of continuously improving team and individual dynamics, processes and ways of working whilst guiding the client through their roadmaps and delivery plans.
